Return and refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event that the ordered item is out of stock or unavailable. In such cases, the customer will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued if payment was made.

Exceptions

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will review your case and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.
